- We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for non-defective products (e.g., change of mind, incorrect sizing, or compatibility issues).
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for a return/replacement within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Replacements
You may qualify ONLY if:
✅ Product is defective (e.g., malfunction, physical damage, or missing parts).
✅ Proof of defect is provided (photos/video required).
✅ Item is in original packaging with all accessories.
❌ Non-defective items, opened software, or personalized products.
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Return Process
- Contact Support: Email support@choetech.net within 14 days with:
- Order number
- Proof of defect (clear photos/video)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Approval: We’ll respond within 3 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid return label.
- Ship Back: Securely package the item and ship it within 7 days of approval.
- Resolution:
- Replacement: Shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Refund: Issued to your original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days).
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective items: Return shipping covered by Choetech.
- Non-defective returns: Customer bears all shipping costs.

- Refunds apply only to defective items approved under this policy.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
